The Excitement around the death note movies is building as we get closer to the release date of the first Live action film. The official site has been updated once again, and it’s full of goodies.

The site now has a new, Flash-based virtual tour of Light’s room, complete with the death note sitting on his desk (we all know he’d never be that stupid, but hey, it’s promotional stuff). Apples also are featured in weird little areas, hinting that Ryuk will indeed have a very strong presence in the movies.

The site’s still mostly in Japanese, but the site is intuitive enough to let you get around without necessarily knowing exactly what it says.

All in all it seems things are really shaping up nicely for the Death Note Live action adaptations. Stay tuned as more details come out.
