E-frontier, the makers of Manga Studio, have released a new version of their Anime Studio software. This 2D animation software adds a few really nice features including bone-rigging, which is usually only present in 3D software.

I wrote about Manga Studio 3.0 a while ago, but this software takes things a step further by giving you the ability to animate things pretty easily. Both the standard version ($50) and the Pro version ($200) are cheaper than other programs like Flash, and they seem easier to use as well.
